Chapter Objectives

1. To encourage interest and growth in our chapter by recruiting new members each semester and planning professional meetings and social activities which will be of interest to members and nonmember students.
   
   
2. To promote a professional attitude among members while enhancing communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
   
   
3. To encourage a high level of participation of all members and faculty in chapter activities.
   
   
4. To establish and strengthen lines of communication with chapter alumni.
   
   
5. To continue to seek support, recognition, and involvement of local area firms through our programs and activities.
   
   
6. To provide representation at the Regional or National meeting.
   
   
7. To provide needed services, accounting and non-accounting, to university and community groups.
   
   
8. To inform area junior and senior high school students of the opportunities available in the field of accounting.
   
   
9. To make membership in Beta Alpha Psi a meaningful and enjoyable experience.
